Creating and paying for testing

To create a survey, log in using your Yandex account. If you don't have one, register.

Note

The minimum and maximum order for one UX test is 100 surveys when choosing the Yandex Surveys respondents targeting option.

Step 1. Create a task

  1. Select a template for UX testing.

  2. Click Go to editing.

  3. Specify the scenario for the entire task. This is the result of completing every step. For example, add an item to the cart and place an order. This is a required field.

  4. Upload images. A maximum of 5. Pay attention that you can upload images and mark off areas only in the desktop version. You can't do it in the mobile version.

You can specify a task for each image: what exactly needs to be done on this screen. This is optional, but it will help the user navigate things faster.

You can split the task into steps. For example:

    • Step 1. Select white sneakers.

    • Step 2. Add them to the cart.

    • Step 3. Go to the cart.

    • Step 4. Select the payment method.

Hints should not be too obvious. Don't write “Click Buy at the bottom of the screen”. It's better to tell the user to “proceed to purchasing”. That way you can check whether it's clear to the users where they need to click to proceed to purchasing.

Select the areas that the user must click on in order to get to the next step.

  5. Confirm that the survey has been built correctly and proceed to payment.

    To do this:
