Filters

Use filters to display the necessary data on the statistics page.

You can filter data by:

• Types of questionnaires:

  • All.

  • Completed.

  • Incomplete.

  • Screenout — The status of a questionnaire that is assigned when the respondent isn't suitable for settings of screening questions. It is displayed if you turn on the option Screening questions in your survey.

  Note

  By default, the statistics page for types of questionnaires opens with the Completed filter.

  Filters affect in particular to content of the file contains the results. For example, if you want to get all results in the downloaded file, it is necessary that the All option has been selected in filters by types of questionnaires. If necessary to download only completed questionnaires, turn on the Completed option in the filter by types of questionnaires.

• Tags.

• Dates of answers.

Only statictics that correspond to the selected filters will be unloaded to SPSS or Excel. To unload the full statistics, turn off all filters.
